Dear Samsung middle east ,

After greetings,,

I Purchase the Curve Samsung TV [UA65HU7200RXZN] last April and after that early August I switched the TV place from bedroom to living room which is only 3 meters. When I switch on the TV the day after It appears a big black area in the middle of the screen and notice that it doesn't hit anything or fall down just changed the place. It was delicate and carried by two person once decided to change the place.

Once back to seller, they sent a technician to evaluate the case and back to us that is not included the warranty and the panel is broke and it will cost 6200 AED, which is close to the original price. I talked to the support Client service also the warranty manager and I didn't find any solution with them. One more thing I went to the Samsung Agent - Eros (lab) in mussafah industrial area in AbuDhabi and I show them how I change the TV from 2 places and the same distance Without telling them who I am just to representation and to make sure that I didn’t do anything wrong !!!. They told me this kind of changes or moving it will not harm the TV!.. By the way there is no physical damage or any hits or any scratches on the outside of the TV and he said the panel is broke which I don't understand and I don't why the technician guy don't mention that in his report to .
Most our Tvs in our house and my father house are from Samsung and we use them for many years now. Some of the had fall down many times and it work very fine and clear picture and some of them have many scratches on the screen put the pictures is clear and good . But this TV !!! Which is not even complete two months of used. I remember I carried it like it was my child with help of my brother because it's to big for me to carry it alone .I have been struggle with Samsung warranty and your agent and they want to convinced me that I should accept what happen and it's my fault That I change the TV place !!!? They told my because you don't carry it in right way and maybe it was pressure from the middle while you were carrying the TV and that cause the broken panel.

As Samsung brand, I know how the highest efficient products in the worldwide but in my case it seems there is an issue in the TV before and while changing the place of TV even by little this happened and they never before or now they give us some instructions of how you should carry the TV or tell me if you want to move the TV you should contact us !! because everyone know what is TV .

I really disappointed that I didn't find a proper solution from the seller and Samsung Agent. Unless I have to pay the same price of TV that really unfair solution for Samsung client.
