I have a samsung Galaxy S3 Mobile.WHICH Was bought the last week of December....on 20th january the screen went Black....i had to Go to BCI IN amman Jordan where i was informed that the screen is broken and need a change...although it is a 10days and has a screen saver and a leather cover and i am sure it was kept safe...i agreed to have the screen changed and pay such a big amount for....since that day i only heared from BCI once saying that they dont have any screen in has been almost a month....i am sure that this is not samsung standard and quality for customer service....i have soooo many good experience with samsung services such as tv and home appliances...i am shock of the BCI AMMAN JORDAN.....MY NAME IS SERENE HUSSEINI.MY MOBILE IS WITH BCI TILL TODAY.......
