    Dear Samsung middle east, After greetings,, I Purchase the Curve Samsung TV [UA65HU7200RXZN] last April and after that early August I switched the TV place from bedroom to living room which is only 3 meters. When I switch on the TV the day after It appears a big black area in the middle of the screen and notice that it doesn't hit anything or fall down just changed the place. It was delicate and carried by two person once decided to change the place. Once back to seller, they sent a technician to evaluate the case and back to us that is not included the warranty and the panel... More...

  • Waste of Money

    We bought our drying washing machine in 2012 and paid 1200$.2months ago it gave me an error while using it so I called the service and they came tried to fix it; However they asked me to take it last friday to their center in order to put it on scanner.Today I called to see if it is fixed and I eas shocked by ''sorry your mchine can not be fixed'' which means my money went to waste, ifthey can not fix something why sell it!!!!!!!     I am a Professor of Electronic Engineering at Mansoura University, Egypt. I am also the Director the Communications & Information Technology Center at the same University. I purchased a laptop (Samsung ultra series 5 ) from computer shop at Mansoura and after about 17 days I found one of the keyboard buttons (v key) is malfunctioning. i bought a galaxy s4 in Saudi Arabia do this unit is open to use in the Philippines because in the carton its indicate the it can be use onli in the part of middle east what should i have to do so i can use it in other countries?

I have a samsung Galaxy S3 Mobile.WHICH Was bought the last week of December....on 20th january the screen went Black....i had to Go to BCI IN amman Jordan where i was informed that the screen is broken and need a change...although it is a 10days and has a screen saver and a leather cover and i am sure it was kept safe...i agreed to have the screen changed and pay such a big amount for....since that day i only heared from BCI once saying that they dont have any screen in has been almost a month....i am sure that this is not samsung standard and quality for customer service....i have soooo many good experience with samsung services such as tv and home appliances...i am shock of the BCI AMMAN JORDAN.....MY NAME IS SERENE HUSSEINI.MY MOBILE IS WITH BCI TILL TODAY.......
